I have helped hundreds of clients achieve important personal goals since 2008
I am a certified wellness coach through NASM (The National Association of Sports Medicine) with over a decade of experience helping people manage some of their most personal concerns psychologically and physically. A typical coaching session is generally 50 minutes by zoom, in person, or phone.
We will explore a lot about who you are in each session —your feelings, your beliefs, who you spend time with, how you interact with those people, the food you eat, how you sleep, and your other daily habits. Then I will help you determine how they all work to create the life you have now. The art of helping you to gradually adjust those things in order to release greater joy is my speciality, and what I believe I was put on earth to do. When I worked as a personal trainer in NYC for private clients I discovered quickly that the thing I was best at, was my ability to diagnose the underlying concerns that were impeding my client’s progress mentally and physically. Once we were able to de-code the thoughts or habits that were standing in the way of their bliss, miracles happened.
I offer ongoing generalized coaching for clients who want support for major life changes or a longer term goal but also several four session ($500) packages - each designed to address a particular interest:

Think you can’t outsmart insomnia? Think again. Explore your relationship to sleep and develop a more healthy (and sleep effective) relationship to something you will spend more hours doing in your life than anything else.
Smoking Cessation
I’m not going to mince words. Smoking might literally kill you if you keep doing it. Even moderate smoking can add up to major health problems. You should be scared of cigarettes, an idea that might make you want to smoke more, or at least shrug and say “f*** it - I’m going to die somehow anyway”.
By compassionately understanding (former smoker who sometimes still smokes here — not some goody-two-shoes kale munching fitness maven who just doesn’t get it) and helping you to reframe your relationship to cigarettes. I bet that by the time we are done you won’t be feeling the same draw and will gain more control. We will explore the feelings that keep you stuck and help you find new ways to get the same benefits you seek elsewhere.
Body Image Concerns/Self Consciousness
You might have gotten some bad information. Maybe long ago someone made you feel weird about your physicality, and it stung, and stayed. Or maybe no one person ever made you feel uncomfortable - but recurring media images of what humans “should” look like left you, understandably, self-conscious. That’s normal. Let’s talk about how to move past this into body positive freedom and power.
Sex
And then there’s sexuality.. the perfect storm. Body awareness, trust concerns, the porn industry, parental input, religious restrictions, past experiences, future expectations, navigating two people’s hang ups or desires at once. Fun for some. A minefield for others. Or maybe a little of both.
We can help you discover what is going to set you free through sensitive and plain supportive talk in a completely safe space where admitting to shame isn’t shameful, bitterness is just fine, and together we can navigate your feelings about your sexuality into a form that works for you, and maybe your partner, better.
